AAOS has designated EMC Outdoor & Events as an official vendor of the Annual Meeting. They are the only offical contractor for all Citywide & Outdoor promotional/advertising opportunities at AAOS 2025.

Confirmation
EMC Outdoor & Events will issue a Statement for Work for each opportunity. AAOS 2025 exhibitors will work directly with EMC Outdoor & Events.
Artwork Requirements
Specifications and deadlines will be provided by EMC Outdoor & Events. Finished artwork files and digital content must be pre-approved by the AAOS prior to production or insertion with EMC Outdoor & Events.
