The AAOS Diversity Advisory Board and the AAOS Board of Directors are pleased to present the 2024 AAOS IDEA Grant program recipients.

Program funds are allocated between four grant tracks, each with a different DEI focus and target recipient. Funding from Stryker helped extend the reach of this grant program to $300,000 total.
