AAOS ROCK and Res Study because it helps me prepare for my board exams.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
A latte with heavy cream or a Celsius energy drink.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Time Blocking— creating ‘focus time for reading, research, and administrative tasks. 

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I love staying active and getting outdoors. On weekends, you’ll find me hiking local trails with my Australian Shepherd “Bleu”, exploring San Francisco, or going to a Barry’s Bootcamp workout class. I also enjoy experimenting with new foods and trying new restaurants. 

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I love dog training and teaching my dog agility tricks.
