Do you currently volunteer with a committee? If yes, which one(s)?
Yes, the Resident Assembly and Resident Research Committee.
How do you define success?
Success is an ongoing process, not an isolated event.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
My parents, family, friends, coaches, professors, Dr. Richard J. Hawkins, and the staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, especially Drs. Benjamin Kyle Potter, Jonathan A. Forsberg, and Jonathan F. Dickens. Each has taught me perseverance, grit, patience, and humility.

What advice would you give to new members of AAOS?
