Why did you join AAOS?
I wanted to join a society that could provide me all the tools for education, and to review papers and video theaters.
How do you define success?
Success is the capacity to fulfill my goals and to improve my skills, provide the best to the patients, and to equilibrate family and professional life.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
Dr. Lawrence Lenke, I love deformities and he is for me the best. In a way he has been a pioneer and has changed and improved the focus in the diagnosis and treatments of deformities.
What do you love most about AAOS?
The resources, journals, videos, and of course, the meeting (Specialty Day FOSA).
What advice would you give to new members of AAOS?

I compare my role model surgeons as a dream team, and I keep following them in the medias: Dr. Lenke, Dr. Vitale, Dr. Skaggs, Dr. Shah, Dr. Polsener, Dr. Gupta.
