How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
I have been a member of AAOS for several years and this has helped me to be more in touch with the indications of the world of orthopedics.
As an International Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
As an International Member, it is very helpful to me to be updated with the monthly publication of AAOS as well as information on meetings and courses during the year. However, the Annual Meeting is an event that I have not missed for many years.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
The best advice I have ever received in my life is to be an expert in what you do and do it right. My uncle told me this when I was 20 years old.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
My productivity trick is to always be available and do things well. Treat patients with humanity and honorability.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
I am currently trying to make a habit of balancing my professional practice with the care of my health and family coexistence. In addition to updating myself day by day on the advances of knee reconstruction surgery.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
My hobbies are taking vacations with my family, playing golf, and taking time with my friends to listen to rock music like AC/DC.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I'm a roller coaster addict and I scream too much up there.
