How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
I can grow my knowledge and skills through the AAOS journal, discussion, videos, and much more.
As an International Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
Journal and videos because they show everything in detail, and it is always updated.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
My deceased orthopedics teacher always quoted a Latin quote, "Amat victoria curam". It means that victory loves preparation. He always reminded me that I have to prepare the preoperative planning well before I do surgery.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Limit distraction, prioritize to-do-list.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Wake up in the morning, do things with love, get enough rest, hydrate myself, eat some healthy foods, and do regular exercise.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I like to play piano.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I am actually an introvert. I don't like starting a conversation but if I feel comfortable with a person I can talk much not like an introverted person. And if the situation forces me, I don't seem like an introverted person.
