The AAOS Journal and ROCK platform have served as invaluable tools for me to stay updated on the latest developments as I can access a wide range of peer-reviewed articles, case studies, and clinical guidelines.
What’s the best advice you were given? Who was it from?
“Choose your battles,” I’ve been given this advice multiple times by multiple people, but it has always been a good reminder to focus on what I can fix and what is going to have an impact on me and those around me. This advice has proven invaluable in both personal and professional settings, helping me prioritize my energy and resources effectively.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Having a to-do list, and starting with the hardest task, and when I get tired or overwhelmed I switch to an easier task.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
I’m trying to incorporate more exercise into my routine.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Photography and reading.

I have a passion for scuba diving and am beginning to explore underwater photography.
