How do you define success?
Reaching goals that you set for yourself.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
You can always learn something from everyone! I try to incorporate Patrick Schottel's attention to detail, Craig Bartlett's creativity, David Watson's charisma, Doug Letson's compassion, and Mark Easley's work ethic, to name a few.
How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS Annual Meetings help keep me keep in touch with those I've met over the years, expanding my network, and providing me with resources to continue learning.
What advice would you give to new members of the AAOS?
Use the AAOS resources. The AAOS has resources on anything you might have questions about, from the science of orthopaedics to the financial components.
