Attending the Annual Meeting, the weekly webinars, and reading the Journal of the AAOS® (JAAOS®).
If you were mentoring a new member, what important advice would you give them as they progress in their career?
Never assume you know it all, there is always something new to learn.
What aspect of retirement surprised you the most?
I finally have time to watch my grandchildren grow up from birth.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
I was a tennis player prior to COVID but have converted to Pickleball post pandemic. Love to travel with my wife, we finally completed our African Safari which was delayed 3 years. Learning new cooking skills to expand our palates.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I served as the Chairman of the US Figure Skating Medical and Sports Sciences Committee and traveled with the team to various competitions as a team physician.
