How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS provides the platform for me to get connected with clinical orthopaedic surgeons, scientists and engineers in the field of musculoskeletal system. Attending AAOS Annual Meetings has been quite rewarding as it helps me to continue learning the latest medical knowledge, innovation, and healthcare policies in the US.

As an Affiliated Professional Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
AAOS Annual Meetings are a great way to learn and get connected.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Help our clinicians and patients in any way we can (Dr. Thomas W. Bauer, my mentor).

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Deadlines (haha).

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
To have my mind focused more often and to keep learning.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Long distance running (most recent race, Brooklyn Half Marathon 2022), singing, and reading.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I love beautiful dresses, earrings, but do not enjoy much shopping in the mall (prefer shopping a bunch of dresses in few hours for a whole season, or online), and I played college basketball.
