Why did you join AAOS?
I joined AAOS so that I can continue learning and growing as a Physician Assistant and help treat my patients with the best and most up to date care. Learning from Orthopedic Surgeons, other Affiliates around the country and through AAOS resources.
How do you define success?
Success is not something that is linear or has a singular definition. It can be professional, mental, personal, and taking small forward steps over time. Something that can drive you to be a better person.

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
My biggest inspiration would have to be my mother. She is an incredibly caring mom and hard worker.

How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has helped me grow as an orthopaedic PA with their great courses as well as the salary report that lets me know where I stand with other colleagues in my area.
What advice would you give to new members of AAOS?
For new members, I would definitely get to at least one of the PAOS courses as they are super helpful and directed towards PA learning.
