How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
I have been with AAOS since 2005. I have been to multiple Annual Meetings as a presenter and as an attendee. It has helped me with CME, skills enhancement, Online learning, career-enhancing efforts, and networking.
As an Associate Orthopaedic Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
AAOS is a very comprehensive, inclusive, unique professional organization in the world. I have attended multiple Annual Meetings. They are very informative and good for networking. Their website resources are amazing including surgical training videos and online learning. It's probably the best value-added membership out there for orthopedic community.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Some wise mentors said:
"Ultimate test of Evidence-Based Medicine is if you would apply it to your mother."
"Education yields Knowledge and Experience gives Wisdom. Both are essential for success."
