AAOS has been very helpful in connecting with peers.

As an Affiliate Orthopaedic Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
Online Learning Catalog and access to the extensive learning Video catalog. I use it for easy access, to look up updates, and the ability to obtain CMEs.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Remain humble, connect with your team, and show support and readiness to teach them. It will drive them to follow you. 

This advice was given to me by Chairman back in Switzerland during my first year of residency. I use this in my daily practice and have used it in every position I have held.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Trusting your abilities while adapting your surgical strategies as needed. Learn from mistakes so that you can constantly improve yourself and leave room for growth and learning. Make sure your team gains from your growth. 

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Leave the biggest impact around you, within your team, and your patients.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Exercising, Skiing, hiking, and martial arts.

I am an avid skier.
