AAOS Auto Renew Terms & Conditions

AAOS members may opt to have annual membership dues automatically charged to a credit card each year (“Auto Renew” or “automatic renewal”). Members can set up Auto Renew at the time of payment through the “My AutoPay Account” section of the AAOS website, or by phone through AAOS Customer Service at (800) 626-6726 (US and Canada) or +1 (847) 823-7186 (international) Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM CST.

AAOS members enrolled in Auto Renew will be charged during the first week of January on the credit card provided. This payment will cover membership dues for one calendar year (i.e., through December 31 of that year).

Members enrolled in Auto Renew will receive email reminders at least 30 days and 5 days in advance of payment, followed by confirmation after the payment is processed. If payment is declined by the member's credit card, AAOS will request updated payment information. If payment information is not updated by the due date, members may re-enroll in Auto Renew at any time through the “My AutoPay Account” section of the AAOS website, or by phone at AAOS Customer Service.

AAOS reserves the right to change annual membership dues rates. Any changes in membership dues will be noted in the 30 and 5 day email notices. Unless cancelled before January 1, the member authorizes AAOS to charge the then-current dues rates to the credit card on record during the first week of January.
