AAOS Orthopaedic Board Preparation and Review Course
Course #2203251
Supporting you from where you are, to where you're going – the online board preparation experience.
We meet you where you are – at home, at work, or even on-the-go –offering the review content and study resources that position you to get where you’re going: one step closer to ABOS certification.
This virtual course has been redesigned for convenient, continuous review, with online materials delivered in three phases:
1) February 1 – April 1: Pre-Recorded Lectures
Kick off your review with pre-recorded lectures covering the testable topics, released periodically to pace your review. Faculty draw on material based on common test questions to lead you through the vast amount of content for each specialty area.
2) April 19 – 23: Live-Streamed Lectures
Dedicate approximately four hours each day to live-streamed, deep-dive, high-yield review lectures covering the key take-home points for each specialty area. Faculty re-cap the most important testable facts and concepts. Review mock exam questions and participate in interactive Q&A with expert faculty.
3) Post-Course – July 31: Continue Your Review
Build on your progress and review all course content until exam day! Content is available through July 31, 2022. Pop into the online portal at your convenience, whether you have time for a quick lecture, or prefer to dedicate a day to review.
If you are taking Part I of the board exam this July, make this virtual course part of your plan for success!
“I really liked the format of the course, specifically being able to review the documents and lectures before the live high-yield lectures!"
"It was so helpful to have all the content recorded – I could go back and listen to specific parts of broader specialties as needed."
"Many outstanding presentations, explained clearly, with an emphasis on test questions."
