To celebrate its 50th year, the BOC will return to Las Vegas for the AAOS Annual Meeting this March. The first BOC meeting was held at the AAOS 1973 Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. It is only fitting to celebrate 50 years by returning to Las Vegas.
At the end of 2022, a workgroup of members from the BOC Communications Committee and the BOC Executive Committee was assembled to propose dynamic changes to the BOC website to make it more interactive as well as boost its visual appeal. Another major goal of the website redesign was to consolidate resources and better educate AAOS members on the BOC’s mission and purpose.
At its meeting on Dec. 2, 2022, the Board of Directors of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) considered the following compliance matters not related to the AAOS Standards of Professionalism and took the actions indicated.
