States Societies Recognized at NOLC
The New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons (NYSSOS) received the 2017 State Orthopaedic Society of the Year Award during the National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference (NOLC) in Washington, D.C. chair of the Board of Councilors State Orthopaedic Societies Committee presented the award to John M. Olsewski, MD, NYSSOS president. Babette Grey, executive director of the NYSSOS, was honored as the 2017 Executive Director of the Year. Ms.

Correction
The article "Abnormal Elbow Findings Identified in Little League Throwers," summarizing a scientific paper presentation made at the AAOS 2017 Annual Meeting, misidentified the presenter of the study. The study was presented by Andrew Pytiak, MD, of Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. Dr. Pytiak is the first author of the study. AAOS Now regrets the error.

The AAOS Now team has also undergone some changes with the appointment of a new managing editor, Dennis Coyle.

Help Bring Communities in Motion to New Orleans in 2018
Each year, orthopaedic surgeons from around the world attend the AAOS Annual Meeting to learn the latest in musculoskeletal research, skills, and technology, as well as connect and network with colleagues. However, one of the highlights for me is the one-day event that gives our orthopaedic community the opportunity to give back to the local community within the annual meeting host city.

Can Surgeons Balance Dreams, Intentions, and Plans?
Surgeons love to plan—there is security and familiarity in the rigidness of structure. But how often do we take the time to dream? Or form intentions? All too often, surgeons overvalue the importance of planning at the expense of dreams and intentions. In reality, all three are equally important in shaping our success, and we must embrace all three if we are to reach our fullest personal and professional potential.
