CMS Finalizes 2020 Payment Rules

In November 2019, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released two final payment rules that went into effect on Jan. 1: The Medicare Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System/Ambulatory Surgical Center Prospective Payment System (OPPS/ASC) and the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS).
