The AAOS 2024 Resident Rumble showcased the impressive knowledge of top orthopaedic residents in a thrilling monthlong contest. Sponsored by DePuy Synthes, this engaging event highlighted the dedication and teamwork of the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons. The games featured a combination of orthopaedic-based trivia, pop culture trivia, and fun competitions such as lip sync battles and charades.
Cedars-Sinai wins the 2024 Resident Rumble
Congratulations to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on winning this year’s Resident Rumble competition! The team members received a coveted Resident Rumble trophy, $150 gift card, and 2025 Annual Meeting prize package. The package includes a spot to compete at the Resident Bowl on March 12, 2025, during the AAOS 2025 Annual Meeting in San Diego, along with free AAOS 2025 registration and 50 percent off a partnering hotel for the Annual Meeting for 4 nights.
“It was a fun, interactive game to play against other residency groups in the country,” said one Resident Rumble participant. “Our program wants to do more to get our name out there.”
