New this year, OrthoPitch is an exciting technology pitch competition putting company representatives in the hot seat as they pitch new products and solutions to a group of industry experts and AAOS members. This new session is a cannot-miss highlight in the AAOS 2024 lineup.
Participating companies will have the chance to demonstrate how their innovations can potentially revolutionize the field. Whether it is a breakthrough in implant technology, a game-changing surgical instrument, or a novel approach to patient care, OrthoPitch serves as a stage for companies to present their contributions to the future of orthopaedics. The event is sponsored by MCRA.
Meet the competitors
Of the more than 40 companies that applied to compete, the top four companies will have an opportunity to make their pitches live at the AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting in San Francisco. Submissions needed to include information on how the product or procedure fills an unmet need, a technical description, preclinical and clinical evidence, a regulatory plan, a reimbursement plan, and a distribution and commercialization plan.
