Meniscal tears can result from acute injury or degenerative tears. Radial meniscus tears are technically challenging tear patterns to repair; however, repair is necessary to prevent osteoarthritis. This video compares two case presentations, including patient presentations and the techniques used for repair, which include inside-out repair with the use of a traction suture and all-inside repair.
