In this video we present a case of an individual who underwent resection arthroplasty and fusion for septic arthritis and osteomyelitis of his knee joint. Following confirmed eradication of infection he was treated with revision TKA with use of a tibial tubercle osteotomy and quadriceps snip to aid in exposure.

The focus of this video is the use of mini-fragment plate fixation technique of the tibial tubercle osteotomy site. The authors believe this to be an excellent fixation method providing a stable construct that allows for immediate post-operative weight-bearing and range of motion.
