Arthroscopic modified McLaughlin procedure in lateral decubitus position
This video demonstrates an arthroscopic repair of a traumatic posterior labral tear in conjunction with a large reverse Hill Sachs lesion. An arthroscopic modified McLaughlin procedure was completed in the lateral decubitus position for the patient.
