    This is an evidence-based technique video of a Latarjet Procedure for recurrent left shoulder anterior instability in a 24 year old male patient with indications for this procedure due to continued instability despite significant attempts at conservative treatment. Preoperative imaging revealed anterior bone loss such that this injury would not be amenable to soft tissue repair.
