Humeral Head Allograft Reconstruction and Glenoid Reconstruction with Distal Tibial Allograft

This video reviews the case presentation of a 28yo epileptic with recurrent shoulder instability and resulting Hill-Sachs, reverse Hill-Sachs, 20% anterior glenoid bone loss, and feelings of instability in the neutral position. The patient was treated surgically with humeral head allograft reconstruction and glenoid reconstruction using a distal tibial allograft. The surgical technique is demonstrated and post-operative x-rays are reviewed.
