Arthroscopic Assisted Lower Trapezius Tendon Transfer for Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tear
Arthroscopic assisted lower trapezius tendon transfer can be indicated for patients with irreparable rotator cuff tears to improve external rotation. Lower trapezius tendon transfers have also been described for brachial plexus injuries and irreparable infraspinatus musculotendonious junction tears.
