Bilateral Acrosyndactyly From Constriction Ring Syndrome

This video discusses the case presentation of a patient with bilateral acrosyndactyly resulting from constriction ring syndrome. Her lower leg also was affected and was managed via constriction ring release with multiple Z-plasty procedures. The affected portions of the patient's hands were released, and a full-thickness skin graft was used to fill the defects.
