Anterior Glenoid Reconstruction Using Iliac Crest Autograft

This video demonstrates anterior glenoid reconstruction with the use of iliac crest autograft. Beginning with graft harvest, technical pearls for optimal graft sizing and configuration are explained. The anterior glenoid is exposed and prepared to receive the graft, which is fixed in place with the use of parallel screws. The anterior capsule is repaired over the graft.
