The authors demonstrate their operating room set-up, exam under anesthesia, and surgical technique from an outside view. The surgical video section starts with the establishment of the portals, then moves to a combined outside/inside arthroscopic view that demonstrates the surgical procedure, and highlights the corresponding anatomy at each step of the exam. The goal of this video is to review operative strategy and technique to enable orthopedic surgeons to perform effective and efficient surgery.
