Arthroscopic knee surgery has evolved considerably over the past two decades and is now one of the most commonly performed procedures in America. Proper portal establishment and maintenance are crucial to best arthroscopic practices, however determination of optimal vectors and techniques for maintaining those vectors can be complicated. This instructional video uses animation and arthroscopic footage to teach and demonstrate the key pearls of arthroscopic portal vector establishment and maintenance as they apply to partial meniscectomy, meniscus repair, and meniscus transplant.
