Endoscopic Cubital Tunnel Release

The purpose of this video is to review the current literature on endoscopic cubital tunnel release and outline the surgical technique with emphasis on avoiding complications. The viewer learns the indications and contraindications for this procedure. The surgical procedure is carefully demonstrated from start to finish. Multiple case examples of problems are shown as well as how the author handles these situations from postoperative bleeders to rotating ulnar nerves. Some cadaver footage is used to demonstrate anatomy as well as tips, tricks, and pearls. The viewer is instructed on strategies to safely transition from open to endoscopic cubital tunnel release.
