Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation - Aspiration of Cell Suspension from Vial

The cell suspension is aspirated from the transport vial. The transport vial itself is not sterile. An angiocath is introduced into the transport vial, and the needle is removed to decrease shear forces on the cells. The cell suspension is then aspirated using a TB syringe.
