This course is great for orthopaedic surgeons who want to learn more about emerging techniques and practice various approaches for massive rotator cuff tears including arthroscopic repair, patch reconstructions, tendon transfers, and arthroplasty.

Participant Requirements

Surgical participants in Academy surgical skills programs must have completed or be currently enrolled in a residency program accredited by either the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Surgeons from outside of the United States are required to have similar residency program credentials.

PAs can attend lectures, view surgical demonstrations, and observe in the lab accompanied by an orthopaedic surgeon.
