If you are an AAOS member or if you have previously participated in the AAOS Annual Meeting, register online by clicking on the Member/Returning Attendees registration button and using your account log in information. Member savings will automatically be updated in your cart when you checkout. Please note that returning non-member Medical Students have special instructions that are outlined below.

For Non-Member First-Time Attendees
If you are not an AAOS member and you have not previously registered for the AAOS Annual Meeting, fill out the Request Approval to Attend form. Please note there are separate instructions for Medical Students that are outlined below.

Medical Students who wish to register for the meeting must be AAOS Members (it's free!). Once you have applied and received confirmation that your membership has been processed, you can register for the meeting as an AAOS Member when registration opens in November. The AAOS 2025 OnDemand provides you access to an online library with hundreds of hours of educational content from instructional courses, symposia, and papers. Revisit sessions you attended and participate in those you missed anytime, anywhere. Plus, earn up to 100 CME credits. ICLs

Your Academy
Your Academy is an annual ceremony that takes place during the AAOS Annual Meeting. AAOS leaders speak about their visions for the future of AAOS and a Presidential Guest Speaker delivers a keynote address.

The AAOS Annual Meeting is a private meeting. The AAOS reserves the right to control meeting space and may, at its sole discretion, remove persons from the meeting who are not registered, who do not meet attendance requirements or who cause disruptions.
