Your exhibitor badges are more than just access—they’re a powerful tool for connecting, showcasing, and standing out at AAOS 2025. Equip your team to engage with attendees and seize business opportunities. With online badge registration, you can add names, make complimentary changes, and review your registrant list. Each exhibitor is allotted five badges per 100 square feet of booth space, with no extras available. Secure your badges now and set the stage for a successful event.

Exhibitors May Select From Three Methods of Badge Distribution

1) By Mail for U.S. addresses only.

2) Onsite Pickup by Designated Contact who then distributes badges to their staff. 

3) Onsite Express Badge Pickup by individual booth personnel by scanning the barcode that is emailed to them.

Exhibitor Research & Development Personnel

Have research and development staff attending the meeting? They can explore AAOS 2025 for educational purposes only without working the booth or handling business, but they’ll need AAOS approval first.
