AAOS Launches Education Tracks

Tracks focus on five specialty content areas

The 2017 Annual Meeting marks the debut of Education Tracks created for the following categories:

  • Adult Reconstruction of the Hip
  • Adult Reconstruction of the Knee
  • Pediatrics
  • Spine
  • Trauma

Education Tracks include symposia, case presentations, as well as five to seven instructional course lectures (ICLs). Each track was curated by the Education Track subcommittee, with educational offerings packaged together and offered at a discount. Notably, each of the five focus areas has two options—a general track and a specialist track. These various tracks enable attendees to take advantage of educational content tailored to their interests and practice focus.

The various Education Tracks available at the 2017 Annual Meeting include symposia, case presentations, and ICLs.

Annual Meeting attendees who purchased an Education Track will receive access to the recorded content in early June. Those who did not purchase an Education Track may purchase the instructional courses and symposia from each track as an online package. These packages will be available through the new AAOS online learning platform. A free sample program, based on the spine track pilot at the 2016 Annual Meeting in Orlando, is available now at learn.aaos.org

Details are available at the AAOS Resource Center in the Sails Pavilion.
