Exhibitor Badge Registration is now available on the Exhibitor Dashboard!
Online exhibitor badge registration allows exhibiting companies to:
- Add names within their company’s allotment
- Make complimentary name changes/badge exchanges for badges previously submitted
- Review and print a list of registrants and badges picked up
Exhibitors may register a maximum of five representatives for each 100 square feet of exhibit booth space. There will be no additional badges provided or sold over this allotment.
Exhibitors may select from three methods of badge distribution:
- By Mail - U.S. addresses only
- Onsite Pickup by Designated Contact - who then distributes badges to their staff.
- Onsite Express Badge Pickup - by individual booth personnel by scanning their barcode.
NOTE: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the exhibit hall.
Other Industry Registration Categories
Exhibitor Research & Development Personnel: Limited to personnel employed by an exhibiting company who are attending for educational purposes only and not working in the booth nor engaging in other business activities. AAOS approval is required. Online Registration is now open!
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EAC): Requests must be submitted for approval of an exhibitor's Exhibitor-Designated Contractors to work on installation, dismantling, and/or supervision of their exhibit booth. For more information, please refer to the Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Page.
